Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 3 tablespoon tahini
- 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Pinch of sea salt
Fork and Whisk Directions
Mash avocado with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk in tahini, lemon juice, tomato paste, and a pinch of salt.
Thin with up to 1/3 cup of water (a drizzle at a time) and season with more salt, if needed.
