Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Sea salt

Directions

Fork and Whisk Directions:

  • Mash avocado with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Whisk in tahini, lemon juice, tomato paste, and a pinch of salt.
  • Thin with up to ⅓ cup of water (a drizzle at a time) and season with more salt, if needed.
