- 3 cups cooked quinoa
- ¼ head radiccio, leaves torn
- 3 large peaches, firm-ripe, cut into chunks
- 1 avocado, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
Lemon Honey Dressing
- Juice of 1 lemon, (3 to 5 tablespoons to taste)
- 2 teaspoons honey
